Buying directly from a builder is the ultimate dream for a lot of potential homebuyers. Picking out your own appliances; choosing your own flooring; adding upgrades wherever you see fit can be a rewarding experience. Also, just knowing that you are the first family to use a home that has not been subjected to someone else's abuse can make you feel good.
Unfortunately, most "new construction" home buyers are not aware that the builder has sales costs built into the price of the home which include paying for a buyer's REALTOR®. If a buyer does not register with his REALTOR® on the very FIRST visit the buyer will lose the option of having representation at the expense of the builder.
